When DeAnna Pappas gave Jesse Csincsak her final rose on The Bachelorette in 2008, Csincsak proposed, thinking he had found his true love. The fact that their relationship ended a few months later didn’t dampen his view on the subject, nor did it end his friendships with other veterans of the Bachelor and Bachelorette franchise.

In fact, Csincsak has become a ringleader in the community of attractive, looking-for-love citizens who’ve appeared on one of the dating shows. He’s even preparing to host his fourth cast reunion, happening this spring in Breckenridge, Colo. “The event is going to have 40-plus previous contestants from the show, dating all the way back to season one,” Csincsak tells PEOPLE. “We will be making the 110-mile trek from Denver International Airport to Breckenridge with an entourage of limos, and Breckenridge’s Paragon Lodging has donated a $5 million, sleep-30, ski-in and ski-out ski lodge on Peak 8 for some of us to stay in.”

After his season of The Bachelorette, Csincsak first gathered his fellow suitors, and bachelorettes from Matt Grant’s season, for a Breckenridge get-together in 2008. That led to a second, bigger reunion in Las Vegas in the spring of 2009, then a fall 2009 event and now a ski escape.

Trista and Ryan Sutter even said they might stop in on our Breckenridge ski day when I last chatted with them at Jason and Molly’s wedding,” Csincsak says of his Colorado neighbors. “We will be having nights out on the town complete with cocktails, dancing and maybe even a costume party one of the evenings. Then on Sunday, I will be guiding the group on a snowmobile tour in the Breckenridge backcountry to show everyone what the mountains are really about!”

And concerning what the Bachelor and Bachelorette are really about, Csincsak says that snow won’t be the only fun thing happening when alumni get together. A bachelor on Jillian Harris’s season and a bachelorette on Lorenzo Borghese’s season started chatting on a private Bachelor Facebook page, spent time together at one of the reunions, and will announce at the ski event that they are engaged and will marry Nov. 6!

“This will mark the fourth castaways reunion I have hosted since the end of my season in 2008,” Csincsak says. “I kind of enjoy being the Van Wilder of the Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise! It’s a great time and is fun to meet new people after every new season of the show.” –Cynthia Wang PEOPLE MAGAZINE
