The one-time Amherst resident and Marion L. Steele High grad will bring a few of his fellow “Bachelor” contestants to Lorain next month for a fundraising dinner to generate money for a team of Olympic snowboarding hopefuls who trained at Csincsak’s Breckinridge, Colorado-based nonprofit J-SAK Snowboarding Inc.

The Sept. 12 dinner will be at the Lorain Party Center, and feature the School of Rock band Headliners, plus a silent auction offering prizes including a snowboard donated and signed by former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson, Cavs tickets and an autographed Cleveland Browns helmet, according to Willie Csincsak, Jesse’s mother, who lives in Amherst.

Csincsak, who gained fame for his flamboyant attire and attention-getting tactics on the 2008 season of the ABC-TV reality series “The Bachelorette,” plans to bring a trio of contestants who were rejected by the show’s star, DeAnna Pappas, before she chose Csincsak in the series’ big finale in May 2008. The couple’s much-publicized relationship, which was to culminate in a wedding this past spring, crashed and burned when Pappas broke it off last fall.

Since then, Csincsak, who could not be reached for comment, has kept busy with endeavors ranging from appearances on “Extra TV” and MTV’s “Made” series, to John Walsh’s “America’s Most Wanted” program where he talked about the unsolved murder of snowboarder Ben Bradley, whose body was found in Wyoming in October 2006.

The “Bachelorette” contestants slated to show up at the dinner include Dallas high school football coach Brian, New York teacher Richard and Canadian Paul.

“A lot of girls are going to come out to see these guys,” Mrs. Csincsak said. “We’ve already got people coming from southern Ohio, Michigan and New York. And there’s a group of seven coming from Indianapolis. We hope to pack the house. They can handle up to 700.”

Csincsak’s acquisition of the autographed snowboard from Wilkinson came as a result of his being invited to her wedding at the Los Angeles Playboy mansion. “He was asked to go as a date by one of the bridesmaids,” his mother said.
