“Bachelor” franchise creator Mike Fleiss is back in the headlines – and not because he’s created a new series we will love to hate. Instead Fleiss’ name is being brought up in a new lawsuit, this one set to be filed by former star of “The Bachelorette,” Jesse Csincsak.
While it’s no secret Jesse isn’t a huge fan of Fleiss, his lawsuit against the reality TV exec does come as somewhat as a shock; however, it appears he has a case, and a strong one according to Csincsak, who has spoken to several entertainment lawyers across the country.
“I want Fleiss to treat me like he wants to be treated … if he wants me to leave him alone, he needs to leave me alone.”

So what case is Jesse making against Fleiss? Jesse claims Mike Fleiss through “Bachelor” franchise producer Elan Gale have been threatening to blacklist former “Bachelor,” “Bachelorette” and “Bachelor Pad” contestants from any franchise-related event if they participate in any Jesse Csincsak article, blog post, web series, etc., including Jesse’s newest (and probably greatest) venture, “Reality Smackdown.”

As of Monday Jesse hadn’t filed but said he was reviewing his rights and believes it’s only a matter of time before other burned former contestants latch on to the idea of filing a lawsuit against Mike Fleiss.
